COST OF SERVICE

interactive Resume Services is a paid service supported by its users. Each user pays an annual fee of $25.00 for one version of your resume or $40.00 for two versions of your resumes (U. S. Dollars) for his/her resume(s) to be published by interactive Resume Services. All payments must be in U.S. funds drawn on a United States bank.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

interactive Resume Services provides users with an online (web based), interactive resume. This includes the hosting of the interactive resume for a period of one year and the web address for each user or multiple user versions of his/her resume under the domain name of interactive Resume Services. All features and enhancements of interactive Resume Services, current and future, shall be subject to the TOC. As a user of interactive Resume Services, you understand and agree that the service is provided "AS-IS" and interactive Resume Services assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or truthfulness of any information provided by a user in his/her resume.

Reproduction in whole or in part, including source code, in any form or medium without express written permission of interactive Resume Services is strictly prohibited. Permission to use all documents and related graphics and any other material available from interactive Resume Services is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

USER AGREEMENT

The user agrees to accept responsibility for his/her own communications. Upon registration, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password and information. The user will be responsible for all uses of his/her registration, whether or not authorized by the user.

The resume content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. interactive Resume Services has no responsibility to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the user's resume content. The user agrees to full responsibility for all content and accuracy published in his/her resume.

interactive Resume Services is not to be considered an employer and shall not be responsible for any employment decisions. interactive Resume Services also does not guarantee any user employment, or the amount of time in which the user will secure employment.

Upon registration with interactive Resume Services, you will be asked to provide a valid email address. interactive Resume Services will not disclose to any third party your name, address, email address or phone number without your prior consent, except when necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

SECURITY

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of interactive Resume Services, including but not limited to: 
accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access; 
attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; 
attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to interactive Resume Services or their users, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing"; and 
forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. interactive Resume Services will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. 
PROHIBITED USES

interactive Resume Services may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and employers seeking employees. All interactive Resume Services users agree NOT to use any website for the following: 
Publishing incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate information. 
Using the interactive Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using the information in the interactive Resume Services Database to sell or promote products or services. 
Sending unsolicited mail, e-mail, faxes or making unsolicited phone calls to promote or advertise products to a user of interactive Resume Services. 
Changing or deleting any material posted by another person. 
Using any device or method in an attempt to interfere or interrupt with activity conducted on the site(s). 
Once provided with a password allowing access to the non-public area of interactive Resume Services, disclosing or sharing your password with any third party or using your password for an unauthorized purpose. 
Posting any copyrighted material unless you are the owner or have permission from the copyright owner. 
Publishing intellectual property owned by others, revealing trade secrets unless you are the owner or have the express permission of the owner. 
Publishing sexually explicit images or statements. 
Publishing solicitations for business or advertisements. 
Impersonating another person. 
Publishing materials that contain viruses or other computer routines intended to damage any system, data or information. 
interactive Resume Services cannot guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of any user. 
interactive Resume Services reserves the right to discontinue any user for violation of the Terms of Service or the law. 
Governing Law

Our online system can be reached by users from our principle place of business, Travis County, Texas, and around the world. Any legal matters about interactive Resume Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

interactive Resume Services wants our members to know your privacy is important to us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

Any information collected is never shared or sold to a third party for commercial purposes.

Registration is only required if the member wishes to have an online resume published by interactive Resume Services.

Contact information, such as name and e-mail address, is used for system administration and for contacting the member. Such contact is made for reasons relating to customer support and new feature announcements.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

We share financial information with third party intermediaries (credit card companies, banks, Paypal) when processing credit card payments; these intermediaries should not store, retain or use the information we give them. All credit card information is sent through our secure server and encrypted for your protection.

UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Members can correct or update their personal information via our website. Member information is erased from our system if the member has been removed by us or at the member's request, at which time the member account will cease to exist.

No user information will be collected or sold to any third party.

SECURITY

We have security procedures in place to protect the member information we collect from loss, misuse or alteration. All member information is password-protected and limited to authorized personnel only. Our personnel are made aware of the privacy practices of the site through our in-house privacy policy, which is circulated to all employees every 3 months. Web security is reviewed often to ensure that your information is not being compromised.

LEGAL ISSUES

interactive Resume Services will not disclose any personally identifiable information, such as e-mail address, name, phone number or postal address, without prior written consent of the member. However, such information will be divulged if the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of interactive Resume Services.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY PRACTICES

Members will be notified by e-mail if there are changes in this policy. Any questions about the privacy policy, the practices of this site, or dealings with this site may be sent to our privacy department.
